Mercury, the Messenger of the Gods, rules the internet, the telephone, trains, buses, planes, cars, the mail, paperwork and meetings. He casts a shadow before and after he turns retrograde, which mean the stuck situations and reversals occur longer than many astrologers will tell you. In 2015, for example, you may have read that Mercury turned retrograde on Wednesday 21st January, and will go forward (problems over) on Wednesday 11th February. Much as I'd love this flakey cycle to start later and end earlier, it just isn't true.
