Friends and Groups - January 2015 to February 2016 Rather like Harry Styles, you are famous because of your group. Not unlike Jennifer Aniston, you are well-known for your Friends. You do better in a network. You shine in a team, no matter if it’s Real Madrid or Rastafarians. If you can imagine a collective selfie, with yourself firmly placed at the centre (yet utterly one of the group) then you have a good picture of how you shine most brightly; there is something truly democratic about an Aquarian. Remember Farrah Fawcett in Charlie’s Angels? She was luminescent in Hollywood when she surrounded herself with the right tribe. Even if the relationship is uncomfortable (Yoko Ono and The Beatles) groups maketh the Aquarian. 
Given your reputation for tribalism, though, how will you cope with Saturn in Sagittarius, the sign which rules friendship and groups, in your solar chart? Depending on your age, it may all seem very familiar to you. If you are old enough to remember the last time Saturn was in this sign, in 1986 and 1987, then exactly the same people may become an issue in your life all over again, or perhaps the names or faces may alter, but the theme is uncannily familiar. No matter what your age, Saturn in Sagittarius warns you against heavy involvement with particular friends or groups in 2015 and 2016, and it is not too late to extricate yourself from an arrangement or a bond you deepened in the final half of 2014. Even if there is a very new friendship or tribal commitment in your life, be a total realist about who and what will be involved, and for how long, and be honest with yourself as well as others. That is a logical way to deal with Saturn’s transit through Sagittarius. If a group turns out to be too much for you in the next 12 months, be it political party or rock band – and if a friendship carries a burden which is far too heavy – it will be easier to lighten the load, or even walk away, if the agreements you have made offer you flexibility and freedom. That is why you need to be astute about contractual arrangements or other paperwork bearing your name with these people. Even if the connection is more nebulous (Aquarian Juliette Greco hardly signed a contract to become a Parisian Bohemian) do be sharply aware of who and what you take on when Saturn is in your Eleventh House as although for the most part, particular friends and groups will enhance your incarnation, there are certain years when even a tribal creature like you must be a realist. 
If you are consciously taking on new friends and groups, or more exacting versions of pre-existing attachments, then know that you will need to be more patient; more stoic; more accepting; more dedicated. You are going to hit systems and structures, in particular, within specific teams, networks or groups which are quite inflexible. Saturn can be tremendously rigid and unyielding so be aware of that before you completely commit yourself. At other times your tribe may function with all the eccentricity, freedom and space of The Bloomsbury Group on a summer picnic at Charleston with their paint pots and wine in their hands - but with Saturn in Sagittarius, your usual circle may feel rather leaden. A little lardy.
